Who are we?
BART is a non-profit association that works in public benefit. It includes people, tourist organizations, local structures and partners from the fields of culture, ecology, transport and recreation.
The organisation considers social tourism as an opportunity for the development of local communities and for the inclusion of disabled people and their families.

Accessible environment, shared responsibility
BART works for affordable buildings, transport, sports and cultural events. The Association is recognised as a national representative organisation of and for people with disabilities by decision No 309 of the Council of Ministers of 9 May 2018. According to the organisation's presentation, it has been a member of the UN and ENAT Global Treaty since 2015.
