Archive information on age factors discussed in 2019 in the methodology for individual needs assessment.

The three age groups

The original reports that the individual evaluation forms were divided into groups of 0 to 12 years, 12 to 18 years and over 18. According to the publication, the sum of points on issues should have been multiplied by a coefficient for the age group concerned.

Purpose of the assessment

The archive text presents the points as a basis for determining the hours of personal assistance and describes simplifying part of the work of the social worker. It is indicated that after three months the methodology is applied to assess the impact and, if necessary, to make adjustments.

Stage and backup status

The changes were presented as adopted at the first meeting of the National Council for Disabled People in 2019. This publication does not certify a final methodology, current criteria or existing rights and does not replace official social or legal information.
